Apparently home-court advantage isn’t all it’s cracked up to be — at least when the Central DeWitt and Davenport Assumption basketball teams square off.

Five days after the Central DeWitt girls upended the Knights 37-31 at Assumption in a Class 3A postseason opener, the Assumption boys traveled north to DeWitt, where they scored an impressive 55-40 win over the Saber boys Monday night.
