Assumption 77, Central 47

Davenport Central had given Assumption its closest MAC game this season, but the rematch was no contest.

Sam Thrapp, Marybeth Bush and Alyson Spinas-Valainis combined for 55 points as the Knights (16-0, 18-3) rolled up a 44-26 halftime lead. Thrapp’s 21-point effort included five 3-pointers.

Central (5-11, 7-14) was led by Kate Hoeksema with 17 points.
